"...we have not made a mistake yet..." -- a bold claim that does not begin hold water

The Stephen Koschal's autograph dealers and collectors organization has changed its name so many times, we are not sure if he even knows what to call it anymore. The latest incarnation the iada-cc follows a trail of dissolved corporations. One must ask themselves why Koschal changes names like most of us change socks. Who he hiding from, or is it just mismanagement.

We checked the web site and noticed that in the "about us" section, they refer to themselves by no less than 3 different names (see image below) just in the first paragraph.

Confused Yet? You wouldn't be the first. Others in the past have checked with the Internal Revenue Service. In responding they were assured that no legal entity existed. (At least not one that claims any income)

One may ask the questions "Does this latest entity have the right to do business in the state of Florida?"   "Has the membership been informed that the corporation was dissolved last year?"(See second link below) Look through the documents below and come to your own conclusions.

INTERNATIONAL AUTOGRAPH DEALERS ALLIANCE & CLUB, INC.

IADA/CC, INC.

What we all know is that the IADA was at one time a vibrant and viable organization under a different regime. Could it be again if the reigns were wrested from Koschal?
